Construction Safety Solutions provides construction safety consulting, inspections, programs, and training for projects and construction firms in the North Carolina / South Carolina / Virginia areas. The majority of these training classes can be held in either English or Spanish. Our training classes are priced on an hourly basis and not per student. Contact us for more information and pricing options.

*Note: OSHA OTI requirements limit the class size of 10- and 30-hour sessions. The minimum number of students is 3 and the maximum number is 30 for either the 10-hour or the 30-hour training.

Programs

If you are a construction-related company, whether your firm clears the land or installs the trim molding, you are required by OSHA to have a written safety and health program. Our customized safety programs are tailored to your specific trade and its requirements, and are acknowledged by several state OSHA programs as meeting the criteria for a twenty-five percent deduction if monetary penalties are assessed as the result of an inspection.

OSHA/Accidents

Construction Safety Solutions has a successful history of supporting clients in OSHA matters, including assistance during inspections, and representation or consultations during informal conferences and contestment hearings. We will insure that any allegations were actual, justifiable, and legal, and we will negotiate alleged citations down in severity and/or penalty and, in many cases, obtain complete dismissal of citations.
